Care Protocol

1. Wipe after practice with a damp cloth or sponge and warm water + mild detergent (e.g., dish soap).
2. For a deeper clean, use a soft brush with soapy water. Avoid harsh scrubbing.
3. Do not machine wash or tumble dry (may deform the mat or affect bonding).
4. Do not use strong acids/alkalis (bleach, acetone, etc.).
5. Air-dry in shade. In UAE heat, don’t leave in direct sun or in a hot car.
6. Avoid heavy stacking to preserve cushioning and shape.
