Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return experience, please make sure the following conditions are met:
You may request a return within 7 days from the date the order is delivered. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging/box, including all accessories and tags.
Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible for return.
Discounted, promotional, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable.
Return Pickup
Once your return request is approved, you will have 3 business days to hand over the item to our driver or shipping partner.
Return pickup services are subject to an additional fee that will be deducted from the original refund amount.
Refund Processing
After your returned item is inspected and approved by our fulfillment center, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 10 - 14 business days for the refund to appear on your card, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the item is not available, we can issue store credit or a refund (for non-COD orders).
