Please read carefully our Return & Policy

Customers may have the legal right to return or exchange products within 7 days only if the item is faulty, defective, or does not match the agreed specifications

At Noya, we are committed to quality and customer satisfaction. However, returns and refunds are strictly limited to cases where the product is:

  • Faulty
  • Defective
  • Damaged upon delivery
  • Not matching the agreed specifications

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible.
  • Discounted, promotional, clearance, or bundle offers are non-returnable.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect.

Return Pickup

  • Once approved, the item must be handed over within 3 business days.
  • A return pickup fee will apply and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Refund Processing

  • Returned items will be inspected by our fulfillment team.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the item meets the eligibility conditions stated above.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 10–21 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
